P&G Files Trademark Suit Against HABA-Davion

● Consumer products maker Procter & Gamble Co. filed a lawsuit against HABA-Davion Inc. for trade dress and trademark infringement involving several beauty care brands. The lawsuit, filed in August in U.S. Federal District Court in New Jersey, is related to Procter & Gamble’s Secret brand and its Old Spice Red Zone and High Endurance brands of deodorants. “P&G seeks to have the distribution of the infringing products stopped,” a spokesperson from the company said....
